Shocking customer care

The questions on this website force the star rating based on irrelevant factors when it comes to relevancyI believe zero stars, not even one star is more appropriatecall centre staff toxic and rude for a costly brand, arrogant and all the and attitude is clearly because AEG take no interest in the vast amount of reviews stating bad customer careand as calls are recorded there cannot be any biase when it comes to what they hear from their staff, if they bothered to listen to said calls and then bothered to be honest about their bad customer careits more so customercouldnt care less when it comes to AEGpromise of faulty part while in warranty never came, repeat calls got me no where, asking for manages gets you the phone put down on youor toxic arrogant language, misquoted, then to top it all they beech the 2010 disability rules, and advise that blind or dyslexic customers just have to go and find someone to write them an emailtoughhow these guys are allowed to speak to those who pay their salaries as they do is astounding, but clearly the fact AEG IGNORE BAD ATTITUDE FROM THEIR STAFF, just sends the signal to keep on doing itwont buy AEG again, poor quality and horrid customer carelike other reviewers say they force you to email them in the basis that you cant make verbal complaintsthen ignore complaintstoxic service that hopefully bring them down and allows companies with better service to take their place in the marketAEG you should be ashamed of how you treat customers, you have no USP so get grip
